ABOUT

VAA's culture is based on our Vision and Values, written by our employees, which serve as a guide when we make decisions and are proudly displayed in work spaces and throughout our offices.  They help keep us focused on what is important.  It's easy to let values slip or not have them in the forefront.  We have a culture where people can openly remind each other that we have committed to and truly adhere to these Values.

• Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully but we must earn respect

• We all need to strive toward quality work and deserve a quality working environment

• Integrity means doing what you say you're going to do

We have learned when we follow our Vision and Values we have success. We measure our success not exclusively based on financial results but rather by asking the questions:

1) Have we done a good job for our clients and satisfied them?

2) Have we really treated our staff in a professional and respectful way?

VAA made a strategic decision 30 years ago to preserve our culture, and is committed to continue this tradition now and in the future. It is a vital component to long-term relationships - the foundation of our firm.

CEO Scott Stangeland discusses the important elements that make up the great culture at VAA.
