VAA provided civil and structural engineering services to this new 12,540 square foot Minnesota Dental Association Building. This steel-framed, one-story building is located on an approximate 1.1 acre site. Civil services included grading, drainage, an erosion control plan, utility plan, landscape plan and civil details. Light gauge pre-manufactured roof trusses and panelize wall framing. The foundation used Geopier® Foundation System.
