Kelsey is experienced in analysis, design and preparation of contract documents for a variety of structures, industrial and agri-industrial projects. Kelsey specializes in development of computer models and application of finite element programs for analysis of complex structural engineering problems, including dynamic and non-linear analysis of structures, and structures subject to blast loads.
