Jeff desires the best for our clients and the best for his staff. He is an energetic force that will support the growth of the firm and ensure delivery of excellent civil services to our clients. He is experienced in execution and management of projects within multiple disciplines of the agri-business, industrial and building sectors. In addition to leading the civil engineering group at VAA he is responsible for the oversight of civil engineering design, staff development, project procurement and execution, client development and project management.
